This form is to indicate you plan to attend the Intergenerational Mission Trip to New Bern, NC from June 14th-20th, 2026. Adults and students 14+ are invited to serve together at the New Hope Village. Home repairs are still needed from Hurricane Florence which devastated this area in 2018. Even if you are not handy, we need you to share the love of God with our distant neighbors!

Only one form per family is required. Deposit is due by April 30th, the remaining balance will be due at a later date.
